RETURN
We follow the “No question Asked” Return Policy. We will be happy to help you whenever you approach for return. We believe in complete honesty and transparency. We will also get your feedback to improve our product and services. When you don’t like something or item which you receive is not as described on our website, you must return or refund/exchange within 7 days of the item delivered. You should know that you will have to bear the shipping cost of returning items to us while making a return or refund/exchange. When we give you free returns, we are at loss, but it will prove our honesty and earn your precious trust.
Returning with pahanaava.in is as easier as placing an order. You can place a return request by writing an email at [email protected] or call / Whatsapp us at +91 78019 10999 and tell us what’s your problem. We’ll guide you to make a return to us. While making a return, please make sure you choose a courier service that provides tracking service, if the parcel is lost while return, we won’t be accountable for refund or exchange. Make sure the product is in its original condition, unused, and with the original box and tags are intact.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated within 5 business days.
If you have made an online payment, your refund will be credited into your Bank account within 5 to 7 days.
If you have done cash on delivery, you need to provide us your bank account no. , bank name, and IFSC code. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.
Products having more than a 30% discount is not eligible for a refund, though a Paid exchange is possible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
