Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 12 days once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Your Oder
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking information may not available for a few days until it’s not scanned at a regional courier warehouse. Once the package is processed at a regional courier warehouse, tracking information shall update as it moves to the its stoppage

All orders will be shipped India Post or private courier service like Delhivery, FedEx, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, eKart Logistic, Xpressbees, Shadowfx, DHL Express, DTDC and other service provide, depending on your location and fastest available service. You will receive tracking number for each of your order package for tracking your live order status

Returns & Refunds
Returning with pahanaava.in is as easier as placing an order. We’ll schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original garment
